Are your products sustainable and eco-friendly?
Absolutely! We are committed to sustainability and use eco-friendly packaging wherever possible as we strive to minimize our environmental impact in every aspect of our business. Our ingredients are ethically and sustainably sourced from reputable suppliers in Canada and the US.
Can I use your products if I have sensitive skin?
We offer a number of soaps made specifically for people with skin sensitivities. However, we recommend performing a patch test on a small area of skin before using any new product to ensure there are no adverse reactions.
What is your return and refund policy?
If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase please reach out to us via email and we will work with you until the issue is resolved to your satisfaction. Customer satisfaction is our main priority and we offer free returns (meaning we pay return shipping) within 25 days of purchase.
What ingredients do you use in your soap?
We make a wide variety of soap to choose from, so there's no quick answer to that question! Almost all of our soaps are made with coconut oil, palm oil, olive oil and castor oil. While we have a number of vegan soaps, we also make soaps with tallow (beef fat) and lard (pig fat) along with honey and milk.
How long does a bar of your soap typically last?
With typical use, a bar of our soap should last a month. Keeping your soap out of standing water and using a soap saver will help extend the life of your soap.
What is your shipping policy?
All of our orders are shipped out within 48 hours via Canada Post with tracking. If for any reason your order is delayed, you will be contacted via email.
