This warming, uplifting blend of St. John’s Wort, Lemon Balm, Ginger, Cardamom, and Rooibos Tea creates a vibrant, aromatic infusion that encourages mindful presence and emotional balance. Its sweet, slightly spicy flavour and bright aroma make it ideal for morning rituals, reflective pauses, or moments when you want to invite calm optimism into your day.

Sensory Profile:

  • Flavour: Smooth rooibos base with warming ginger, aromatic cardamom, gentle herbal notes, and bright lemon balm

Brewing Instructions:

  • Use 1–2 tsp of loose leaf per 8 oz of hot water. 
  • Heat water to 195–200°F (90–93°C).
  • Steep for 3-5 minutes, allowing the roots, herbs, and spices to release their full flavour.
  • Strain and sip mindfully.
  • Optional: add honey or a splash of milk.
