Anti-Anxiety Ritual Guide

Find a quiet, comfortable area where you won’t be disturbed. Use the mini besom to symbolically sweep away stress or negative energy from your space.

Place the selenite crystal in the center of your cauldron or workspace. Rest your other tools nearby to cleanse and charge them. Take a few deep breaths and focus on your intention for calm and peace.

Hold the amethyst cluster in your hands. Visualize anxiety leaving your body and being replaced with a sense of tranquility, balance, and clarity. Anoint the blue chime candle with a few drops of the ritual oil blend. Roll the oiled candle in the herbal blend so the herbs stick to the wax and/or sprinkle the herbs around the base of the candle. Focus on your intention as you do this, imagining your stress dissolving.

Place the candle in a suitable candle holder, light it and breathe deeply. Optionally, burn a small amount of the lavender bundle with sandalwood stick on a charcoal disc, letting the calming aroma fill your space.
