Cinquefoil, also known as five-finger grass, has traditionally been associated with good fortune, prosperity, protection and blessing. Its distinctive five-part leaf has also inspired symbolic associations with multiple forms of luck and well-being.

Lavender carries longstanding associations with peace, purification, protection and love, bringing a gentle quality to blessing practices.

Rose is traditionally associated with love, beauty and the heart and can represent compassion, appreciation and the things we hold dear.

Hyssop has a particularly strong historical association with purification and spiritual cleansing. Within this blend, it represents clearing away the old before welcoming something new.

A Simple Blessings Bath Ritual

Place approximately ½ cup of Blessings Tub Tea into the accompanying reusable muslin bag and secure it closed.

Add the bag to warm bathwater and allow the botanicals to steep. Gently squeeze or move the bag through the water occasionally as you soak.

Begin by thinking of three things in your life that you consider blessings. They don't need to be extraordinary—something comforting, someone you love, an opportunity, a peaceful moment or simply something that made today a little better.

Then consider what you would like to welcome into the next chapter of your life.

Hold the intention:

I honour the blessings already present and remain open to the good yet to come.

After your bath, empty the botanicals from the muslin bag, rinse the bag thoroughly and allow it to dry completely before using it again.
