Each monthly subscription kit comes with a total of 8 items with free shipping and is tax free.
Each month you'll receive the following:
- A bar of our handcrafted artisan soap
- Herbal bath salts
- A packet of herbs traditionally used in witchcraft
- A candle (either chime candle or tealights)
- A 5ml bottle of 100% pure essential oils
- A crystal or a vial of crystal chips (shapes and sizes will vary)
- Crystal/witchy jewelry including earrings, bracelets or necklaces
- A bonus witchy item (think tea blends, witchy charms, incense, jewelry, bookmarks, etc)
Perfect for new witches, seasoned practitioners, or anyone wanting to bring intentional self-care into their moon cycles, the Essential Witchy Self-Care Kit is your monthly reminder that you are magic.
Each subscription kit will be sent out on the first of every month, including one-time purchases.
You will also get an informational printout explaining what each product is and how to use it, along with journal prompts, self-care tips, ritual suggestions and more.
You have complete control over your subscription services. Simply log into your account and pause or cancel your subscription at any time. Should you need any assistance or have any questions about your subscription, please send us an email at contact@essentialsoapworks and we'd be more than happy to help.
The cut off date for the next month's kit is the 25th. Please try and place your orders before the 25th of the month. If you place an order on or after the 25th, you'll be reimbursed for your first month, and your subscription will start on the subsequent month. For example, if you purchased a kit on May 27th, you'll get a refund for the June kit and your first kit will be send out July 1st.
There will be no repeat products within a calendar year - beginning and ending in September.

Frequently Asked Questions
When do the subscription boxes ship?
The subscription boxes are shipped out on the first of each month.
When is the cut off date?
The cut off date for the next subscription is on or before the 25th of each month. If you order a subscription box after the 25th, you will be reimbursed for that month, and your subscription will begin the month after. For example, if you purchase a subscription on June 26, you will be reimbursed for the June box and your first box will be sent out August 1st, meaning you missed the deadline to get the July 1st subscription.
Can I cancel or pause my subscription?
You have complete control over your subscription services. You can cancel or skip your monthly subscription at any time by logging in to your account. If you need help at any time to log into or make changes to your subscription please send us an email and we'd be happy to be of assistance
My payment went through but I want to cancel, now what?
If your subscription kit hasn't been mailed out yet, you'll be reimbursed right away for that month's kit. If the kit has already been sent out, then you'd need to send it back to us before we can issue a refund.
What if I get something that's broken or defective?
While we take steps to ensure that all of our packages are well wrapped, if you receive a broken or damaged item, simply send us a picture of the item and we'll send a replacement promptly.
When will I be billed for the kits?
You'll be billed each month on the same day that you first subscribed. For example, if you subscribed on March 5th, you'll be billed on 5th of each following month (April 5, June 5, etc.)
Do you accept returns?
If you got a kit and decide you want to cancel your subscription, simply send the unused/unopened kit back to us in its original packaging and we'll issue you a full refund. However, we do not accept returns for opened and/or used kits.
