Inspired by the gentle clarity of the Clematis Bach Flower archetype, Mindful Presence is crafted to support focus and mindful awareness. This tea combines gotu kola, ginger, rosemary, and lemongrass to create a warming, herbal infusion that anchors your energy while encouraging mental clarity. Its earthy aroma, bright citrus-herbal notes, and subtle spice make it a perfect companion for journaling, meditation, or intentional daily rituals.

  • Use 1–2 tsp of loose leaf per 8 oz of hot water. 
  • Heat water to 195°F (90°C).
  • Steep for 3-5 minutes to fully extract the herbal flavours.

  • Optional: add honey for a slightly sweet touch.
