Lavender is traditionally connected with peace, purification and sleep and brings a quiet, contemplative quality to the ritual.

A Simple Intuition Bath Ritual

Place approximately ½ cup of Intuition Tub Tea into the accompanying reusable muslin bag and secure it closed.

Add the bag to warm bathwater and allow the botanicals to steep. Gently squeeze or move the bag through the water occasionally as you soak.

Before trying to find an answer, simply become quiet.

Think of something you've been considering lately and ask yourself one question:

What do I already know about this?

Don't force an answer. Notice whatever thoughts, feelings or impressions arise and allow them to be there without immediately analyzing them.

Hold the intention:

I create quiet enough to hear my own inner wisdom.

After your bath, you may want to journal about anything that came to mind or carry the ritual into a tarot or divination practice.

Empty the botanicals from the muslin bag, rinse the bag thoroughly and allow it to dry completely before using it again.
